Softball Begins Play in State Tournament Wednesday
 
Hewitt-Trussville Softball (43-9-1 overall) will begin play in the AHSAA 7A State Tournament on Wednesday. The Huskies will open the tournament with a 9am game against Baker. The State Tournament will take place Wednesday and Thursday and will feature eight teams in a double elimination bracket. The event will be held at Choccolocco Park in Oxford.
