Softball Begins Play in North Regional Monday
 
Hewitt-Trussville Softball will travel to Florence on Monday as play begins in the AHSAA 7A North Regional. The Huskies will open play against Sparkman at 10:45am. Vestavia and Huntsville will also play at the same time. The winner's bracket game and loser's bracket game will both be played at 3:15pm on Monday. The final game of the Regional will take place on Tuesday.
 
The Huskies enter the North Regional with a 41-9-1 overall record. Last week, the Huskies captured the 7A Area 6 title. The top two teams from the North Regional will advance to the AHSAA 7A State Tournament.
