The Hewitt-Trussville Girls Soccer team opened the 2025 season on Friday night with a 5-0 road win at Sparkman. Lauren Melton found the back of the net twice for the Huskies. Janie Steele, Jocelyn Davis, and Kate Willoughby all added a goal each. Brecken Phillips and the HT defense recorded the shutout.

The Huskies will return to action next Thursday for the home-opener against John Carroll.
