Hewitt-Trussville Girls Soccer improved to 4-0-2 overall on the season after three wins this weekend at the Lakeshore Shootout. The Huskies started the weekend with a 2-0 win over McGill-Toolen. Ella Cane scored the first goal off an assist from Kate Willoughby. Cane then assisted Kinley Arrington for the second goal. On Saturday, HT started the day with a 2-0 win over Bob Jones. Ella Cane assisted Harper Wilbourn for the first goal then Kinley Arrington scored an unassisted goal.

The Huskies finished the tournament with a 2-0 win over Spain Park. Catherine Mize scored both goals while Peerson Waller collected her fourth consecutive shutout.
