The Hewitt-Trussville Boys Golf team finished in 1st place out of 15 teams on Wednesday at the White Plains Invitational. The event marked the final regular season event of the 2024 season.
The Huskies team score of +11 was good enough for a six-shot win.
Gavin Isbell shot a -6 round of 66 to win medalist honors.
Colten Sutton shot 76,
Colson Rush shot 77, and
Clayton Healy shot 80.Â
HT will now prepare for the AHSAA 7A Section 3 Tournament that will be held on Monday April 29 at Old Overton Golf Club. The top two teams will advance to the AHSAAÂ Sub-State Tournament.
