The Hewitt-Trussville Boys Golf team battled cold and windy conditions on Wednesday at the Tiger Season Opener Tournament at RTJ Hampton Cove. The Huskies finished in 2nd place as a team out of 14 participating schools. Colson Rush shot a 78 to pace the Huskies. Rush finished 3rd overall in the individual standings. Colten Sutton also broke 80 as he fired a 79 on Wednesday. Miles Darnell shot 83 and Drew Davidson shot 84 to round out the team scoring.

The Huskies will be back in action on Monday at the Prattville Invitational.
