Hewitt-Trussville Softball improved to 31-6 overall and 5-0 in 7A Area 6 play with a dominant 13-1 win over Oak Mountain Wednesday night. Sara Phillips was strong over five innings to pick up the win. Phillips did not allow a run and struck out seven batters. Hannah Dorsett was perfect at the plate going 4-4 with three runs scored and two RBI's. AhKeela Honeycutt was 2-4 with three runs scored and three RBI's. Olivia Faggard had two hits and drove in three runs. Lexi Kelly also had two hits and drove in a pair of runs.

The Huskies will return home to host Chelsea Thursday night in the final regular season Area game. First pitch is scheduled for 6pm.
