The Hewitt-Trussville Girls Golf team competed in the March Madness Tournament earlier this week, highlighted by a strong individual finish from Merritt Daniel.

Daniel led the Huskies with impressive rounds of 71 and 73, finishing tied for 3rd place in the final individual standings.

Emmie Hogue and Lola Mitros recorded team counting scores on Monday, while Abbey Allen and Lola Mitros posted counting scores for the Huskies on Tuesday.

The Huskies will return to action March 16–17 when they travel to Oak Mountain State Park for their next tournament.
