Volleyball Beats Vestavia in Area Match
The Hewitt-Trussville Volleyball team continued its winning ways Tuesday night with a 3-1 victory over Vestavia Hills. The Huskies are now 22-6 overall and remain unbeaten in 7A Area 7 play (3-0). With the win, Hewitt has now strung together 10 consecutive match victories.
The Huskies showed grit early, storming back from behind to capture the opening set and claim a 1-0 lead. In set two, Vestavia jumped ahead quickly, but HT rallied again to secure a 2-0 advantage. The Rebels answered with a third-set win, but Hewitt closed the match in dominant fashion by taking the fourth set.

Hewitt-Trussville will be back in action this weekend as they travel to Homewood for the Blalock Invitational.
