Please see the following forms and attachments for information regarding evaluations for the 2023-2024 school year.  This year all forms will be submitted online except for the consent form.  Please have your child bring the consent form to the first day of evaluations so they may participate. 
 
Also, please remember to sign up for the remind texts.  Evaluations for Varsity and Junior Varsity cheer teams are between 3-9pm each day, as candidates will come in small groups during that time frame.  We will send information on remind each evening letting candidates know what time they will evaluate, so it is important to sign up for the remind.
