The Hewitt-Trussville Girls Basketball team went 2-0 in Tennessee this week to improve its record to 13-4 on the season.

On Wednesday, the HT Girls defeated Blackman (TN) 50-45. Jordan Hunter hit three shots from behind the arc and finished with 22 points. Ashlyn Howard made three shots from the field and was 3-3 at the foul line as she scored nine points. Olivia Burton hit a pair of three point shots and finished with eight points.

On Thursday, Hewitt-Trussville defeated Lebanon (TN) 55-39. Jordan Hunter had 17 points and four assists to lead the team. Mia Ada was 3-3 from behind the arc and finished with nine points. Ashlyn Howard also scored nine points. Ryleigh Martin had eight points, three assists, and three steals. Lauryn Holley made two three-pointers and also finished with eight points.

Next week, the Huskies will travel to Albertville for the Sand Mountain Park Holiday Classic.
