Hewitt-Trussville Huskies Athletics

Coach Amy Gay is in her 4th year at Hewitt-Trussville High School, and her 15th year as a high school cheer coach. Amy is a 1997 graduate from HTHS. She received her degree from UAB in Secondary Education Language Arts. While attending UAB, Amy was a member of the Golden Girls Dance Team where they consistently placed top five in the nation. As a cheer coach, she has won state and regional titles and had more than 20 girls cheer at Division I schools on scholarships. 

She is married to her husband, Tommy, and has 2 daughters Ashton (14) and Olivia (9).
