Bowling Picks Up Key Region Wins

Both Hewitt-Trussville High School bowling teams earned important Region victories on Tuesday against Gadsden City.

The HT Boys bowling team won 1282–1168, led by Kayden Cadogan's high game of 191. With the victory, the Huskies improve to 7–0 in Region play with three matches remaining.

The HT Girls bowling team also secured a strong win, defeating Gadsden City 984–806. Sophia Shipman rolled a 190, while McKenzie Martin added a 186 to lead the Huskies. The HT Girls now stand at 6–1 in Region play.

Both teams will be back in action on Wednesday as they travel to Southside-Gadsden.
