Hewitt-Trussville Volleyball went on the road Tuesday night and defeated Gadsden Ciy in straight sets. It marked the second Area win of the season for the Huskies. HT won the first set 25-13, the second set 25-14, and the third set 25-16.
Haley Wilkinson had four aces and nine digs.
Molly Kate Green had three aces, four kills, 16 assists, and six digs. Gabi Dion added three kills. Andi Owens had two aces, two kills, and five digs.
Lacie Shelnutt had six aces and four digs.
The Huskies also defeated Glencoe 2-0 Tuesday night.
Chrischandria James had three kills and three digs.
Sara Phillips added two aces and four digs.
Marley Carmichael had four kills.Â
