The Huskies were paced by three girls that finished in the top 25 individually. Amelia Brady finished 12th, Sydney Hall finished 18th, and Helena Steen finished 24th.

Coach Dobbs was proud of the team. "It was a great night for records. There were 28 season personal records and 20 all-time personal records for both boys and girls. Thomas Wolfe placed 7th and Amelia Brady placed 12th individually, both getting on the podium. There was great competition against many teams we will face at state sectionals on the same course in November. We are taking this next weekend off to help heal those who are injured, but especially to begin preparing for the toughest part of the season in October, beginning with Jesse Owens in Moulton on the 7th.

The Huskies will next be in action on October 7 as they travel to the Jesse Owens race in Moulton. Fans can access www.hthuskies.com for all cross country news.
